Returns

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund. Please contact customer service right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please review our full return policy, including items ineligible for return, before starting the return process.

  • Items with shipping damage and/or defect**

Please note that returns based on a change of mind are subject to a restocking fee that will be determined upon inspection. Shipping costs will also be deducted from the final refund.* Any shipping damage or defect is required to have been reported within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.**

Ineligible Items

  • Final sale items (with prices under $49.99)
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Discontinued models

Price Adjustments

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.

Incorrect Order Received

Receive the incorrect order or item? Please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery. Reporting an incorrect order outside of the first 7 days may result in an order loss based on availability.

Replacement Parts

In the event that an item has been lost or damaged, either by the manufacturer or in shipping, you may request a replacement with a police report sent to us via PDF. Replacement parts are not available for all units and only given at Kinger Home’s discretion. We will assess any damage and find a solution, which could include shipping you a replacement. No replacements are available for discontinued items or repackaged products. Please contact customer service for replacement parts before returning the damaged item. The original order number will be required as well as photos of any damaged item. 

Approved Returns

All returned products must be 100% complete, adequately packaged in original packaging and in resalable condition. Disassembly will be required for all returns. All items must be returned in their entirety, meaning all items included must be returned together. No refunds will be issued for incomplete or unauthorized returns. Upon receival and inspection by Kinger Home®, the to-customer and from-customer shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund as well as a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase cost based on the condition of the returned item. Refunds are processed between 48-72 hours of return receival. Products that have been modified will not be eligible for return. No returns or exchanges on discontinued items.
