To change or cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact customer service at email@example.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to receive the order and contact customer service for a return request.
Tracking updates are not available until 24-48 hours after you receive your shipping notification.

Unless otherwise stated, all items are in stock and will ship within 1 business day.
Our items are delivered in two ways:
•Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g. UPS, FedEx) to your delivery address. This delivery method estimates arrival within 5 to 7 business days but can vary.
•Truck Delivery for partially assembled items and items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits; these include our premium Delivery Appointment service. This delivery method is estimated to arrive within 7 to 10 business days, but can sometimes be delayed due to carrier shortages and congestion.
Expedited shipping options are not offered at checkout. Email our customer service team at email@example.com to request custom rate quotes based on your location.
We are unable to ship our items to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical shipping address during checkout.
No. Kinger Home only ships to the continental United States at this time.
Eligible items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving an order. For all return requests please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items damaged through normal wear and tear do not qualify for exchanges or returns.
Items with shipping damage or manufacturer defects present are eligible for part replacement or, depending on the severity, a full exchange. Contact customer service at email@example.com for more information.
Exchanges are only offered for items that have been damaged during transit or show some type of manufacturing defect. Items damaged through normal wear and tear do not qualify for exchanges or returns.
Refunds will not be processed until the returned item is received and inspected at our facility. Once inspected, the refund will typically be processed within 48 hours. After processing, the funds are available in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
All returned products must be 100% complete, adequately packaged in original packaging and in
