I haven't received my order yet but delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. The fire pit table and chairs will need to be stored in our garage until spring as we have 5 inches of snow on our deck and the temperature tonight will be -19 degrees. Winters in Wisconsin are as brutal as winters in Canada. Ask me to rate the purchased set sometime in May. Awesome delivery time on your end.

Easy to assemble, sturdy construction. Overall great value.

A Great fire pit. Gota Box when delivered was pretty damaged especially on one corner. After opening, there were loose pieces of glass rocks and styrofoam everywhere but table itself wasn't damaged and was able to put it together pretty easily. Perhaps a testament to its sturdiness. I really like watching the flame. Responsive seller about damaged box and possible loss of some glass stones.

The flame is gorgeous, and I feel good heat given its winter. The red lava rocks are very nice. The table is a little higher than usual which I like to keep the flame away from reach of little ones. Plenty of room to put your feet up or place drinks on it. There is room to store an extra tank underneath out of site. Came with all tools needed, and the parts were clearly labeled and well packaged. One suggestion regarding assembly is not to tighten all the screws until you have the matching screws in--or you might think the holes are off, which they are not. Took two people (mostly one) 30 minutes to assemble. I struggled between 4 or 5 stars because 1) one of the legs is discolored (greyish), and 2) there should be a storage door on both sides so you can take advantage of the unused space underneath (there is a door on one side to get the main propane tank in/out). But in the end I'm super happy with it so 5 stars it is! I do highly recommend this one--it's gorgeous, works well, and a great value for the money!

A Really nice addition. Ignition switch is tricky. I added glass to the rocks to create a more dimensional look. When the rocks heat up the look black.

It was really easy to setup. The heat output is great, even on a low setting. There is plenty of table top space for drinks, plates, and other things without worrying they will get too hot. The glass enclosure is a nice touch and contains the flames really well. A nice design update would be to have doors on both sides.

I spent months researching propane patio heaters. I was looking for something with the right style and quality. This bronze Kinger patio heater was exactly what I was looking for! Easy to assemble with understandable instructions. All the parts were well made. And it looks great! Very glad I waited and bought a Kinger.

This was my first experience with Kinger Home. It's unusual for me to comment and reply to a survey request, but in this case the experience was superior. Delivery better than expected in only a few days. Assembly was easy and with good instructions (1 person for 1 hour is all that's needed). Start up was perfect without a hitch and heat spread excellent. Assembling the sections of the dome shield took the most time. Highly recommend this patio heater.

We love the patio propane heaters we purchased through Kinger. They were packed well and arrived undamaged. Assembly was easy thanks to clear instructions. They both fired right up following the instruction label and performed as expected. We have not yet used them on a really cold night but here in Colorado we can always expect cold nights at any time. These propane heaters will make outdoor li ing much more enjoyable.
