Product Warranty
Kinger Home® warrants all Kinger Home® products to be free from defects in parts under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Any reports of defects must include photographic or video examples of said damage or defect to be considered for replacement; without photos or video footage, Kinger Home® will be unable to honor the manufacturer warranty.
In the event of reported defects Kinger Home® will, at its own discretion, assess on a case-by-case basis as to whether the defect is caused by manufacturer or user error. User error can be defined as not adhering to proper product care as outlined by the manufacturer, exceeding the weight capacity as declared by the manufacturer, or general neglect and misuse of the product. If Kinger Home® finds that the defect is a direct result of manufacturer error, Kinger Home® will decide to either replace the defective product or refund X amount, not to exceed the purchase price. Please ensure to report any shipping-related defects to Kinger Home® within 2 weeks of delivery, accompanied by photos and videos of the issue. Not reporting within a reasonable timeframe will disqualify you from receiving partial refunds or replacement parts due to carrier defects.
The foregoing is the exclusive remedy and Kinger Home® disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Kinger Home® will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based.
Replacement Eligibility
In the event that an item has been lost or damaged, either by the manufacturer or in shipping, you may request a replacement with a police report sent to us via PDF. Replacement parts are not available for all units and only given at Kinger Home’s discretion. We will assess any damage and find a solution, which could include shipping you a replacement. No replacements are available for discontinued items, repackaged products, or purchased spare parts. Please contact customer service for replacement parts before returning the damaged item. The original order number will be required as well as photos of any damaged item.
Final Sale, Refurbished, and Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
Items purchased as final sale, refurbished, open-box, or discounted through third-party marketplaces or directly through a Kinger Home® sales agent acting on behalf of a third-party platform are not covered under Kinger Home®’s product warranty.
These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for warranty coverage, including but not limited to replacement parts, repairs, exchanges, or refunds due to damage, defects, or missing components. By purchasing through a third-party marketplace or as a final sale or refurbished item, the customer acknowledges and accepts all associated risks.
Kinger Home® defines refurbished items as excess inventory, overstock, or warehouse items that may have been stored for extended periods and are sold at a discounted price to clear warehouse space. While our agents strive to provide accurate descriptions and ensure reasonable quality, these items are not subject to the same inspection standards as new inventory. Due to volume and storage conditions, agents are unable to fully unpackage, assemble, or verify every component prior to sale.
No warranty claims will be accepted for final sale or refurbished items, regardless of whether the issue is cosmetic, functional, or discovered after delivery. All sales of these items are final.
