Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping:
Free shipping on select items to all states in the continental United States. Kinger Home does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. protectorates.
Shipping takes 3–7 business days. The shipping timeframe begins once the carrier has picked up your order, not when the order is placed. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after processing and are always processed the next business day.
Kinger Home is not responsible for carrier delays. In the rare event that your order is delayed or lost in transit, Kinger Home will either send a replacement for the missing item or work diligently with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is received as quickly as possible.
Once an item has been shipped, any delay-related issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. In cases where tracking shows an item was not shipped but Kinger Home has documentation confirming shipment, we will provide a replacement if the carrier is unable to locate the package. Such situations are extremely rare and typically occur due to carrier mis-scans.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
