Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund. Please contact customer service right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please review our full return policy, including items ineligible for return, before starting the return process.

Please note that returns based on a change of mind are not eligible for a prepaid return label. Customers must pay for the return shipping. These returns are subject to a restocking fee that will be determined upon inspection. If a prepaid label is provided, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as well as a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase cost based on the condition of the returned item.
Any shipping damage, defect, or missing parts are required to have been reported and documented within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Replacements are always provided as the first solution. Refunds can be provided for damaged goods (refund total varies depending on the level of damage), however replacement parts are always sent without issue.** Partial refunds can be provided if a damaged part is no longer in stock or if an item is discontinued. If you choose to return the item due to the lack of replacement parts your refund will be processed after the item has been returned. Incorrect Order Received
Did you happen to receive the incorrect order or item? Please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery. Reporting an incorrect order outside of the first 7 days may result in an order loss based on availability.
Replacement Parts
In the event that an item has been lost, stolen, or damaged, either by the manufacturer or in shipping, you may request a replacement with a police report sent to us via PDF. Replacement parts are not available for all units and only given at Kinger Home’s discretion. We will assess any damage and find a solution, which could include shipping you a replacement. No replacements are available for discontinued items or repackaged products. Please contact customer service for replacement parts before returning the damaged item or a refund will not be processed. The original order number will be required as well as photos of any damaged item. Damaged replacements must be reported no later than 3 days after they have been delivered.
If your item arrives damaged, we are here to help. Depending on the type of product and the severity of the damage, we may offer a partial refund, replacement parts, or a full replacement unit. The resolution provided is determined by the extent of the damage. Kinger Home reserves the right to select the appropriate solution and to deny replacement parts for items that are in or out of warranty based on the severity of damage.
If a replacement unit is sent, the customer acknowledges that replacements can occasionally be damaged in transit due to carrier handling. If a replacement also arrives damaged, we will send another replacement at no cost. Please note that refunds are not available once a replacement has been issued. Our goal is to ensure you receive the product you ordered in proper condition.
Approved Returns
All returned products must be 100% complete, adequately packaged in original packaging and in resalable condition. Disassembly will be required for all returns. All items must be returned in their entirety, meaning all items included must be returned together. No refunds will be issued for incomplete or unauthorized returns. Upon receival and inspection by Kinger Home®, the to-customer and from-customer shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund as well as a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase cost based on the condition of the returned item. Refunds are processed between 48-72 hours of return receival. Products that have been modified will not be eligible for return. No returns or exchanges on discontinued items.
Price Matching
Kinger Home does not offer price matching. If you purchase an item and later notice a discounted price or promotion you missed, we are unable to adjust the original purchase price. All prices are final at the time of purchase.
