Upon delivery of the patio chairs and table I opened the table box to see that one of the areas of attachment for the table leg had broken off, I took a picture and sent off an email to let them know I would need a table replacement.
I got a response that a table would be sent out right away. Well it’s been 3 days past the date promised. I will be sending another message to see when it will be sent out.
The chairs are very nice and went together with no problems. I would just like the table to be taken care of.

And had a conversation about still not having received the replacement table on Friday November 14th in the morning, and it was delivered the very next day. No problems with this table.
It’s all put together and I have to say it’s pretty and solid.

We ordered, never received shipping info. Apparently FedEx lost the boxes (118 lbs). We still don't have the patio set. This was totally FedEx's error. They picked up the boxes and never scanned them into the system. They just sat at their facility until the awesome customer service team at Kinger Home pushed them until, voila, FedEx miraculously found the three boxes and scanned the labels. We are expected to have the new patio set on Monday. Can't wait! Thanks again to the team at Kinger Home for assisting throughout this process.
I really love my new outdoor set. It is stylish and well made for the price. It was shipped out quickly and packaged well. I would definitely recommend.
